Accounts Payable Specialist

• My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation
• Real estate experience a plus, but not required! A great role for someone with accounting skills looking to break into the industry

• This role will be hybrid in office

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Specialist will include:

• Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via Yardi/AvidXchange
• Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts
• Communicate with vendors daily to ensure invoices are correct / ask for revisions when needed

Qualifications of the Accounts Payables Specialist:

• Up to one year of Accounts Payable experience; open to industry
• Experience with an accounting/ERP system such as AvidXchange or Yardi is a plus not a must
• Basic skills via Microsoft Excel
