**The Role**
The objective of this role is to manage physical security operations, processes and requirements for all physical security operations within Kyndryl's remit to include Data Centers, Office spaces, crisis and events management in Germany. Support the Security Operations leadership for the Central region. The role includes team managing responsibilities.

**Who You Are**
+ 5 years or more corporate security experience.
+ Former Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence or Corporate Security experience preferred
+ Ability to fulfill German regulatory requirements as it pertains to the security industry
+ Strong written and verbal communications skills in German and English
+ A strong understanding of physical, information and cyber security disciplines
+ Experience in participating in security audits
+ Investigations and Protection experience advantageous
+ Experience with Everbridge essential
+ CPP, CISM, CIPP, CISSP, ICS100, ISO audit or similar certifications preferred
