The Ecommerce and Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the companys online store and email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position ensures a seamless online customer experience while optimizing performance across ecommerce and email platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage product listings, promotions, and onsite merchandising on Shopify Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo Analyze and report ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales performance Improve user experience and optimize ecommerce flows through A / B testing and performance data Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative assets with campaign goals Ensure email compliance with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Support seasonal promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and email marketing Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Excel Excellent written communication and analytical skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email formatting Familiarity with paid ad integrations or loyalty platforms Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Office environment with occasional collaboration meetings Success Metrics Increased online revenue and conversion rates quarter over quarter Growth in email open, click-through, and conversion rates Successful execution of promotional campaigns tied to product launches or sales J-18808-Ljbffr Create a job alert for this search #J-18808-Ljbffr Effie Worldwide
