Location : Nashville, TN

Comp : $170,000 base

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a highly active middle market Investment Bank looking to add an Associate 1 t their Healthcare team in Nashville, TN. This team is experiencing a period of continuous growth and expansion and consistent deal flow in the Healthcare sector specifically. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone looking to join a strong team that is looking to gain extensive M&A reps and has an interest in continuing their Investment Banking career in the Healthcare space.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Working on the execution of M&A transactions throughout the life-cycle of the deal
• Working closely with the senior leadership at the firm
• Conducting market research and financial analysis
• Building financial models
• Preparing marketing materials and pitch decks
• Working with junior bankers to assist in the training, mentoring, and development of Analysts on the team

The Investment Banking Associate should have:

• At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience (ideally in the Healthcare sector)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Currently located or open to relocating to Nashville, TN
• Experience working on sell side M&A transactions from inception to successful close
• Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
