Key Responsibilities:

• Process the leads that the company provides
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and ensure long-term engagement.
• Understand clients' insurance needs and provide suitable policy recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits and features of various insurance policies.
• Prepare and present customized insurance quotes to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience
• Life & Health License (Not Necessary to Start Process)

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
