PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in New York, New York.
Job Title: RN - Stepdown Location: New York, NY 10029 Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 pm- 7:30am + EOW (11.50 x 3 = 34.50 Hours per week) Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension Weekly Pay: $2,402 Duties: • Provides safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. • Educates patients and caregivers, prioritizes discharge planning, and ensures effective communication across the healthcare team. • Enhance the patient experience through Relationship Centered Care practices like hourly rounding, bedside reports, and active listening. • Maintains a safe care environment by following quality and safety protocols, identifying risks, and participating in process improvement initiatives. • Uses technology to document care and support institutional efforts in performance improvement, compliance, and evidence-based nursing practice.
