Performance Collision Center in Fairfield, OH is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and repairing automotive glass, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and replace automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
• Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding services performed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive glass installer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive glass types and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Performance Collision Center is a drug-free workplace.
