Customer Service Representative
Location: Lake St Louis, MO (On-site)

Salary: $18-$20 per hour
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, scheduling and rescheduling requested services, selling and cross-selling memberships, reviewing technicians' daily schedules, responding to customer texts and voicemails, and following up on missed service payments as needed .
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment . The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and comfortable handling multiple tasks while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
