Digital Marketing Manager :

Location: Foundation - Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 70k

Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels. You will analyze data, A/B test creatives, and strategize to improve conversion rates while staying on top of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop targeting strategies, budget allocation, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze audience insights and trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Design and Collaborate with the design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage ad spending effectively to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital advertising, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital ad platforms .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization .
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies .
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ad policies and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe P hotoshop, Canva, or other design tools.
