Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Training & Organizational Development to lead their training initiatives and organizational development strategies. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to design and implement leadership and professional development programs that align with the organization's vision and strategic goals.

This role is 100% onsite in Houston, Texas with standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the training and organizational development team.
• Program Expansion: Spearhead the growth of the training and development function.
• Curriculum Design: Create and promote leadership and management development curriculums.
• Program Implementation: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure organizational development initiatives align with business strategy.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external training providers and oversee grant proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Must have 8+ years in managing a training department, with experience in designing and delivering training programs.
