We are offering an engaging opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our industrial cleaning company based in MAUMEE NT, Ohio. The selected candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our Salesforce capabilities and acting as a technical and functional interface with the executive team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage custom reports within Salesforce, ensuring they meet business needs
• Act as a functional and technical interface with executives, providing them with necessary insights and support
• Leverage your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM to optimize our business processes
• Utilize Client Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies to enhance our Salesforce capabilities
• Ensure the Business Requirement Document accurately captures all necessary information
• Apply AB Testing methods to validate the efficacy of different system configurations
• Manage the configuration of our systems, ensuring they are optimized for our needs
• Develop APIs as necessary to enhance system functionality
• Utilize Microsoft tools and platforms to enhance our business operations
• Understand and optimize Business Process Functions within our organization.• Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is a must, with a strong understanding of how to execute and troubleshoot scripts.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required, with the ability to navigate and manage cloud-based systems and platforms.

• Extensive experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, with the ability to develop, implement, and improve CRM solutions.

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary, with a focus on developing and implementing ERP solutions to streamline business operations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, is a must.

• Experience with AB Testing is required, with the ability to effectively test and analyze different versions of a product to optimize user experience.

• Proficiency in API Development is necessary, with the ability to develop, integrate, and manage APIs.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is required, with the ability to optimize and streamline these functions for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents, detailing the needs and expectations of the business.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management, with the ability to effectively manage and control changes to the system.
