• The support is incredible."
• "Integrity Psych is my dream job. I'm thrilled to be here!"
• "I've finally found my work home with you all!"
• "I never once regretted my decision to join Integrity. I even lost ten pounds from no longer being so stressed out all the time!"
Integrity Psychological Services is a boutique group practice with over 20 compassionate clinicians and a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Monroeville, PA. We are 'refugees' from the burnout and low wages of community mental health, and we believe that therapists deserve to earn a good living and to enjoy the same life balance that we encourage clients to have.
Since our establishment in 2010, we've experienced remarkable growth. We have been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Northeast. As a woman-owned practice, we are proud of this achievement and are committed to continuing to expand our services to the community.
To accommodate our growth, we are excited to welcome up to four Pennsylvania-licensed therapists (Ph.D., Psy. D., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team. We are seeking therapists and psychologists interested in working with children, teens, adults, and/or couples. You'll be supported to focus on your preferred client groups, ensuring career satisfaction and excellence in your work.
Requirements: • Must hold an active license to practice in Pennsylvania (or be a PSYPACT psychologist).
• Enjoy collaborative consultation and ongoing professional development.
• Define your clinical style and preferred client population.
• Maintain prompt communication with clients and engage in Telehealth sessions.
• Have a designated confidential workspace for sessions and be available for in-person sessions in Monroeville.
• Comfortable with technology for web-based practice systems and administrative tasks.
• Recognize the significance of the initial client session and excel in client retention.
• Ideally, you will be credentialed with major insurance providers (we are not a Medicaid practice).
• Share our values of transparency, honesty, integrity, collegiality, and fun!
Compensation: $100,000+ gross income based on caseload size.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual or couples therapy to high-functioning clients in Monroeville, PA, either through our secure telehealth platform or in-person sessions.
• Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards of licensure.
• Maintain communication with the admin team through phone or email when necessary.
• Utilize the EHR system and client portal effectively. Will provide training on our EHR, CarePaths.
• Manage and communicate your availability to the admin team while maintaining your schedule.
• Engage in relevant continuing education related to your license and areas of expertise.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to clients professionally.
Qualifications:
• Must be credentialed with Highmark, UPMC, and/or Aetna insurance providers.
• Should enjoy working in a team environment that values your unique contributions.
• Must possess an active clinical license, as we cannot provide supervision for licensure at this time.
• Interest in attending monthly case consultation/peer supervision
• Interest in networking with peers on cross referrals when needed
• Proficiency in using technology for remote work, such as video sessions and emails, is required.
• Skilled in working with clients focused on personal growth and development.
• Expected to conduct 20 to 25+ sessions per week, ft.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, IFS, and Mindfulness.
• Special interest or training in couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Interest in developing groups or workshops also desirable.
About Company:
Integrity Psychological Services is a collegial group that strongly values mutual respect. We support each other as a team, have fun together, and take pride in the fact that we are a 'no drama' practice. As refugees from the community health world of high burnout and low wages, we place a strong emphasis on having individual control over the type of work we do, and on working in a way that better balances professional and personal life.
