Job Description

Transform the future of reading education!

Imagine achieving more reading breakthroughs in 2 hours than most schools accomplish in a full day. At Alpha School, we're redefining what's possible in elementary reading education through our revolutionary 2-Hour Learning program, and we need an exceptional reading instructor to help lead this transformation.

Alpha isn't just another private school - we're reimagining elementary education through a powerful combination of AI-driven adaptive technology and hands-on expert guidance. While other schools remain tethered to traditional 6-hour days and rigid curricula, we're achieving remarkable results by leveraging cutting-edge technology to personalize learning, supported by the irreplaceable human touch that only gifted educators can provide.

This role is for reading specialists who envision a better future for literacy education. You'll work in an environment where innovative technology amplifies your expertise rather than constraining it, where you can witness students making breakthrough progress daily, and where your knowledge shapes both individual learning paths and our evolving AI-enhanced curriculum.

Join Alpha School and be part of a revolution in education where your expertise, combined with cutting-edge technology, can achieve in 2 hours what traditional schools struggle to accomplish in a full day. Ready to transform both your career and the future of education? Apply now.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wasting time on conventional lesson planning and administrative busywork
  • Following rigid, outdated reading programs that ignore technological advances
  • Struggling with overcrowded classrooms and insufficient resources
