This role is located in Austin, TX with a hybrid work model in place. Your future duties and responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage scrum development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Work closely with business analysts, development teams and business users to ensure alignment of business objectives with sprint deliverables. Identify and address project risks, impediments, and dependencies to maintain project velocity. Support the hybrid Agile framework by integrating traditional project management elements when needed. Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and provide insights to drive process improvements. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to align Agile practices with Salesforce best practices. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Promote Agile best practices and drive adoption across teams and leadership Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience 1+ years of experience at scaled agile frameworks Proven experience with large-scale application development, data management and software integration projects. Experience in project management, including financials/budget management, and risk/issue mitigation Proven experience on a project with many impacted users Must have experience with Salesforce implementation projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with public sector related projects Previous experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations Previous experience in occupational licensing and permitting applications Experience with Box, Copado, S-Docs, or Tableau CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200 - $173,500.
