Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a long-term contract engagement supporting an innovative digital team in the airline and aviation space. This hybrid role is based in Chicago, with two days onsite each week in the Loop (downtown).

In this role, you’ll guide agile delivery from the ground up—facilitating sprint cadences, coaching teams, and driving value through clear, actionable metrics. You’ll work closely with both product and engineering partners to ensure alignment, momentum, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll focus on:

  • Leading sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
  • Tracking and reporting progress through value-focused agile metrics
  • Coaching teams and stakeholders on agile principles and best practices
  • Supporting broader agile transformation efforts across teams and portfolios
  • Partnering with leadership to ensure delivery goals stay connected to business priorities

What we’re looking for:

  • Certification in Scrum or Agile (CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP required)
  • Strong experience facilitating scrum in complex or enterprise-level environments
  • Comfortable reporting on team performance and portfolio-level progress
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • A coaching mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

This is a long-term, ongoing contract with competitive pay ($69–$79/hr) and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet fast-paced environments and enjoys building high-functioning teams while delivering measurable business value.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.

NO C2C. Must be authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship.
