About The Role
We have steady work available and our installers make $800-$2,000 a week (commission only). Solar installer will work in a team environment and help ensure that all solar installation objectives are completed in a timely manner while maintaining an industry leading focus on customer satisfaction.
Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug testing prior to start date.
What You'll Do
Work on rooftops installing solar panels
Meet expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements
Corroborate with and ensure that the crew are properly equipped to complete projects
Maintain safety policies and procedures
Ensure the highest quality and accuracy standards are met
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Solar Installation experience preferred
Roofing experience preferred
Attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must
Self-motivated
Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed
