A dinner-only Michelin Star Restaurant The opportunity to work alongside two CMS Advanced Sommeliers Monthly wine dinners with storied domaines such as Vieux Telegraphe, Bruno Giacosa, Heitz Cellar. Ideal candidates would have serving experience in fine-dining, management experience, and be in pursuit of additional certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. This position would be particularly well suited to a certified sommelier with interest in the upper-division of the Court of Master Sommeliers and as a career beverage professional. Bacchus Management Group promotes continued education through the CMS, with increased incentives for success at various CMS accreditation levels. Full reimbursement for successful passes of CMS Introductory and Certified examinations. $1,500 annual stipend for Advanced Course/Advanced Exam/Masters Exam Tuition and Expenses. Compensation incentives for successful passes of the CMS Introductory, Certified, and Advanced examinations with commensurate recognition of WSET levels. Sales Commission percentage in addition to base salary on all beverage sales. $125 quarterly educational reimbursement allowance for books, magazine subscriptions, GuildSomm membership, etc. 401k with company contribution for all employees (4% match on 5% contribution).
