Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that inform product and platform strategies. Experience developing and tracking strategic metrics, such as task success rates or user satisfaction, to evaluate platform performance and guide improvements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams to integrate research insights into product development. Analytical mindset with a track record of tackling complex research problems and balancing tradeoffs to deliver impactful solutions. Healthtech experience strongly preferred.
