Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract in Home Health Care. The ideal candidate must be flexible, have a strong commitment to patient care, and possess at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with specific experience in Home Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high•quality patient care within the home setting.

• Work 40 hours per week, with potential weekend requirements.

• Maintain flexibility to float as required.

• Ensure all time off is approved in advance and made up accordingly.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RN License.

• Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Must have experience with OASIS documentation.

• Must be willing to travel within a 30•minute radius of the assigned territory.

• Must be able to attend a weekly in•office meeting.

• Must be able to complete Homecare Homebase documentation at the patient's home.

Additional Information:

• There is no on•call requirement for this position.

• Scrub color is flexible.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements will be provided.

• Parking details will be provided.

• The pay cycle runs from Monday to Sunday.

• Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.67 per mile.

• The orientation period will last approximately 2•3 days.
